REGULATION OF eBUSINESS - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

A number of Scottish authorities are to participate
in e-business week, this year run from 10-14 June in
order to ensure small businesses are aware of their
legal obligations before they set up business on the
web.

Aberdeen, Dundee, Highland, Inverclyde and Moray
Councils will be running short workshop sessions
during the week, and information will also be available
at a series of business breakfasts organised by SEN.

This will be an essential introduction to the 
regulatory demands of taking your business online, 
from a fair trading perspective. And topics will cover 
Distance Selling and other relevant legislation, 
contractual issues, and case study examples.
